Visa Cases We Reviewed as Officers

U.S. immigration has become increasingly strict, fast-changing, and skeptical.

  • There is increased scrutiny at every consulate / embassy.

  • More denials under 214(b) Immigrant Intent.

  • More cases stuck in 221(g) Administrative Processing.

  • Fever interview slots. Longer wait times.

The visa interview isn't what you think.

And misunderstanding it is one of the biggest reasons applicants get denied.

What Applicants Believe

The officer decides based on my documents, such as an invitation letter and bank statements.

If I qualify, my visa will get approved. So, I just need to answer the officer's questions, and I don't need to prepare.

If my visa gets denied, that won't impact my future visa applications. Afterall, I can always reapply and start fresh.

The Reality

The visa decision is usually SOLELY based on the verbal interview, not documents.

You need to take charge of your visa interview by tailoring your answers to what the officer is trying to assess, not what they are asking you.

While you can reapply, a visa denial stays in your record permanently, and your interview can (and likely will) impact future decisions.

Learn from people who've sat on the

other side of the visa window.

We approved and denied thousands of visas at the window.

We understand what the visa officer is trying to assess.

We can honestly assess your chances and your case, and help you strategize for a successful outcome.
